Edit your shipping policies directly on eBay

When you need to update your shipping information, you have two options:

1. Batch edit in Kronocard
You can batch edit your listings directly in Kronocard. This is recommended if you have only a small number of listings. If you have more than 5,000 listings, we recommend option 2.

2. Update eBay business policies
The fastest way to update all the listings you have on eBay through Kronocard is by editing your shipping policies directly in eBay.

Go to:

• ebay.com/bp/manage (U.S.)

• ebay.ca/bp/manage (Canada)

This page shows your Business Policies, including Payment, Shipping, and Return policies.

Each time you list cards using Kronocard, if your shipping settings don’t match any existing policies, eBay automatically creates a new one.

In the example image, you can see a "Shipping" policy with 3 listings assigned (number on the right). You may also see many policies with zero listings—these can be safely deleted without any impact.

To edit the shipping details of an active policy, simply click on it and make your changes.

In this example, if I want to disable International Shipping, I can simply turn off the toggle.
On this page, you can enable or disable options, or edit them as needed.  

When you click Save, eBay will begin updating all the listings associated with that shipping policy. It may take some time for all shipping details to be updated.

For example, let’s say your domestic shipping in the policy is set to $5.99, and you’ve turned off International Shipping. The next time you list a card using Kronocard, make sure to update the shipping value in Kronocard to match your newly edited policy.

This ensures that eBay will use the existing policy you modified, instead of creating a new one.
